What to include
- A wrong or outdated size: the exam name, the year, and a link to the notification or the page of the PDF that shows the rule.
- An exam you'd like added: its name and a link to the official instructions.
- Something not working: your phone or computer, the browser, and what happened.
We usually reply within three working days.
We can't help with your application itself, check your form status, or contact an exam body for you. For those, use the helpline in your exam's notification.
Please don't email us your photos. ExamPic works without ever seeing them.
