Using ExamPic
ExamPic is a free tool for preparing photos, signatures and documents for online forms. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Your responsibility
- You're responsible for the images you use and for what you submit to any form. Only use photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use.
- Check every file against your own official notification before submitting. Exam bodies change their rules, and only the official notification is authoritative.
- Don't use ExamPic to alter documents, create false documents, or misrepresent your identity. Editing a certificate or ID to change what it says may be a criminal offence.
No guarantee of acceptance
We work hard to keep the presets accurate, but we can't guarantee that any file will be accepted by any portal or authority. The tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ExamPic is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, including rejected applications, missed deadlines, or reliance on the guides.
Content and trademarks
Exam names such as SSC, UPSC, IBPS, NEET, JEE, GATE and CAT belong to their respective bodies and are used only to describe which forms a preset is for. ExamPic is not affiliated with any of them.
Advertising
The site shows ads from Google AdSense. We don't control the ads shown and don't endorse the products advertised.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
